Smart Hotel Binario - Self Check-In

Loved the room design — very modern — and the location could not be better for someone traveling by train. Some people might be put off by the fact that the facility is not staffed 24 hours per day, and when I had a problem with the wifi, I was unable to get it rectified until the next day. But that that point, the staff member on duty went out of her way to address the problem. I would not hesitate to stay here again and absolutely would recommend it.

The hotel was next to the train station, which was extremely helpful. The staff was extremely nice and accommodating. At one point, my key card stopped working to allow us to get into the building and our room. I called the contact number for the hotel found in the email. They answered immediately and one of the staff left her home minutes away to come let us in and get us a new key card. It was amazing! They also allowed us to store our bags there after we had checked out and we’re waiting for another train. Amazing staff!

This hotel is amazing. Modern, looks nice, clean, friendly, great location, breakfast very good! All our requests were dealt with perfectly, and they are easy to reach through booking chat or phone. The lady at breakfast was very sweet. Attention to detail and I would say the price for the area was more than fair!

Beautiful, modern hotel with thoughtful design throughout. The rooms are small but the details in the design are top notch . Interior design stunning. Great location , two minutes to train station or lake side . Breakfast and staff also fabulous. Chic & stylish only wish we had stayed longer and best hotel we stayed in all trip, yet one of the cheaper ones! Book now

Great value for price, especially with breakfast included. The place was beautiful, spotlessly clean and clearly newly designed and decorated. Right next to the train station and 2 min walk from the lake. Everybody was really helpful before and during our stay. Would definitely recommend!
